I have an enquiry in connection with a Notice of Intended Prosecution
Have you checked to see if your enquiry is answered here: I've received a Notice - Information and Advice
The Camera Processing Unit (CPU) is responsible for processing offences detected through safety camera enforcement.
If you have received a Notice of Intended Prosecution and have a query, you may contact the CPU by email, post, or telephone.
In order for your enquiry to be dealt with as quickly and efficiently as possible, it is recommended that you contact the CPU by email.

Please also note that making enquiries does not extend the 28-day time limit as stated on the NIP.
